Sara Lui, CPA, currently serves as a Manager in Tax and Accounting at Thoma Bravo since October 2021, having previously held the position of Senior Associate in the same department. Prior to this, Sara gained extensive experience at PwC from September 2016 to October 2021 in Asset Wealth Management, progressing through roles from Tax Associate to Tax Manager. Earlier career roles include a Real Estate Agent at Austin City Realty and part-time positions as an Accountant at Peddle and Tax Accountant Intern at Schlumberger. Sara's education includes a Master's degree focused on Tax from Texas McCombs School of Business and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
