Peter Hernandez is a Vice President at Thoma Bravo since August 2018, with extensive board member experience in several companies, including NextGen Healthcare, Magnet Forensics, Nearmap, Eptura, Majesco, and International Decision Systems, beginning from November 2023, April 2023, December 2022, July 2021, September 2020, and October 2019, respectively. Previous board member roles include Grayshift, Condeco, and Mailgun Technologies, with significant mergers and acquisitions in these positions. Peter Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics with a minor in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University and is an International Baccalaureate Diploma recipient from Land O' Lakes High School.
