Marcin Spik is a Tax and Accounting Manager at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, he joined the firm in 2023 to assist with tax compliance and accounting for the general partner entities. Before Thoma Bravo, Marcin was a Senior Tax Manager for the Investment Funds group at Plante Moran. Previously, he held several tax management roles for global accounting and professional services firms, including PwC and Crowe LLP. Marcin is a Certified Public Accountant. He has a Master of Accounting Science degree and graduated with highest honors with a BS degree in Accountancy and a BS degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
