Isabelle Roué has extensive experience in marketing and brand strategy. Isabelle is currently working as the CMO at THOM Group. Prior to their current role, Isabelle held the position of Head of Marketing for France at Etam, where they were responsible for marketing strategies for lingerie and ready-to-wear products. Isabelle managed a team of 22 people and had a budget of 10 million euros. Isabelle also worked as the International Marketing Director at GROUPE BERDOUES Parfums et Cosmétiques and as a Marketing Manager at Teddy Smith. Before that, they held various marketing positions at DBApparel, including Marketing Manager for France for DIM - Intimates & New Business, European Senior Product Manager for DIM - Central Marketing - Hosiery, and Junior Product Manager for Designer Brands.
Isabelle Roué completed an Executive program, Programme Talent at HEC Paris from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Brest Business School from 1993 to 1996. In 1994, they participated in the Erasmus program at the University of the West of England.
