Lili Marie Austin is an Associate Accessories Designer at Thom Browne, Inc. since November 2022, with prior experience as an Assistant Footwear Designer at The Row from August 2020 to July 2022. Responsibilities at The Row included collection research, hand sketching, and managing samples, among others. Lili also interned as a Footwear Design Intern at The Row, focusing on the footwear design process, and served as a Design Intern at Centro Accessori SpA, where sustainable materials were emphasized. Earlier experience includes a Footwear Design Internship at The Frye Company, supporting the Womens' Footwear Design team. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Footwear and Accessory Design from Polimoda and a BFA in Painting from the San Francisco Art Institute.
