Brandon Minnich has extensive experience in production and leadership roles, currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Thogus Products Company since March 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing production processes and training staff. Previously, Brandon held various positions within the same company, including Process Technician, Production Team Lead, Production Trainer, and Inspection Operator focused on injection molding and quality assurance. Prior experience includes serving as a Production Team Lead at GL DIRECT LTD from 2012 to 2015, where Brandon was responsible for job startup, timely completion, and supervising employee training to ensure 100% quality adherence. Brandon graduated from Lorain Southview High School with a High School Diploma in 2007.
