Joanne Whalley has a strong background in product development and portfolio management. Joanne is currently working as a Product Director at Matrix and previously held positions such as Head of Product Development at Matrix, Associate Vice President of Sourcing & Product Development at Pixi Inc., and Head of PLM & Portfolio Management at No7 Beauty Company. Before that, they were a Product Development Director at SLG (Synlatex Ltd) and a Senior Category Portfolio Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance. Joanne also has experience as a Sourcing Manager at Soap & Glory, Senior Manager of Project Management (Sourcing & Product Development) at FOREVER 21, and Divisional Merchandise Manager at LF Beauty - member of the Li & Fung Group. Joanne began their career as a Technical Manager at Boots.

Joanne Whalley completed their MBA in General Management from the University of Bradford, from 2009 to 2011.
