Raymond Ly currently serves as the Talent, Culture & CX Lead and Account Director at This Is Flow since March 2022. Prior to this role, Raymond worked at UM Australia as a Senior Planning Manager from February 2021 to March 2022, and at General Pants Co. for nearly 15 years in various sales roles. Additional experience includes positions at UM Worldwide as Partnerships Manager and Mindshare, where Raymond held multiple roles from Media Assistant to Business Manager. Raymond has also contributed to NGEN as Sydney Committee Co-Chair, fostering the next generation of media leaders, and co-founded Media Thursdays, a networking platform for media professionals. Education includes a Bachelor of Business and Commerce in Marketing from Western Sydney University and a Certificate IV in Advertising Media from TAFE NSW.
