Caitlyn Grant is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in account management and media coordination. Currently serving as Account Director at This Is Flow since January 2021, Caitlyn has progressed through various roles including Senior Account Manager and Digital Account Executive. Prior to this, Caitlyn held the position of Media Coordinator at Wests Tigers Rugby League Football Pty Ltd from March 2019 to December 2020, and gained valuable experience as Account Executive at DWA from December 2017 to March 2019. Caitlyn's earlier career includes roles with Sydney Thunder and Sydney Blue Sox, focusing on community engagement and media content creation. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Communication in Advertising from Western Sydney University, complemented by a strong foundation from Erskine Park High School.
