Frank Muñoz, CPA has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Frank began their career as a Group Finance Intern at Center Theatre Group in 2008. In 2010, they joined PwC as an Assurance Intern and later became an Assurance Manager, a role they held from 2011 to 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to TMT International Observatory LLC, where they served as a Senior Manager of Finance until 2019. In the same company, they then took on the role of Director of Finance and Information Technology Executive Sponsor starting in July 2019.

Frank Muñoz, CPA completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting at Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics from 2006 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the COSO Internal Control Certified qualification from the IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors in September 2019. Furthermore, Frank holds an Insurance Agent Accident, Health, and Life certification from the California Department of Insurance, which was obtained in June 2007. Additionally, they are an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered with the California Board of Accountancy. Lastly, Frank is a Professional Member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
