Charles King possesses a robust background in the hospitality and restaurant industry, featuring roles in management and culinary leadership over several years. Recent experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager at Shell Shack from August 2022 to August 2024 and previously as Restaurant Manager at Pappas Restaurants, Inc. from September 2020 to August 2022. Prior to these positions, Charles held the role of General Manager at Smoothie King (SKFI) for about a year and was the Executive Chef at Whiskey Tango in Springfield, MO for nearly a year. Charles began a managerial career at Starbucks from January 2017 to May 2018. Charles King earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Missouri State University, completing the program in 2015.
