Clyde Ackerman is a co-founder of Thirst Bar Services, with a focus on marketing, sales, brand development, customer relations, and training since February 2005. Clyde specializes in cocktails and menu development, researching industry trends, and consulting for hotels and restaurants throughout South Africa and Africa. Previous experience includes positions as a Bar Consultant for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where responsibilities included designing cocktails, configuring bar layouts, and bartender training, as well as serving as a professional bartender at Langley Bar, Restaurant & Club and Living Ventures Restaurants Ltd. Clyde holds a Level 2 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
