Anila Philip is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Thirdwave, LLC, where responsibility includes talent acquisition with a focus on lateral and leadership hiring, along with stakeholder management, since July 2016. Prior to this role, Anila served as an HR Consultant at ThePeople Network from May 2015 to June 2016, working with world-leading companies in executive search.
