Carla Cicero is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Operations Director at Third Wave Digital since September 2002. In this role, Carla is responsible for managing all operational aspects of the company to achieve sales and annual budget goals, as well as overseeing project management and budget supervision. Prior to this, Carla worked as an Office Manager at Cap Gemini from March 2001 to August 2002, where responsibilities included collaborating with management on key issues and orienting new personnel. Earlier experience includes serving as the Business Office Manager at Clairson Industries from May 1999 to February 2001, providing executive support and managing trade show event logistics. Carla holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
