Janine Phillips, PMP, currently serves as the Associate Director of Project Management at Third Wave Analytics, showcasing a strong background in project management and laboratory operations. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Lynx Biosciences, Inc. as Laboratory Operations Manager, and various positions at GenomeDx Biosciences Inc., IGNYTA, Inc., and Genoptix, A Novartis Company, where Janine managed laboratory operations, developed policies, and ensured quality assurance. Janine's career initiated in medical laboratory settings, including roles at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and Arroyo Grande Community Hospital. Janine holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Leadership of Healthcare Organizations at UC San Diego Extended Studies.
