Shanay Hughes has been serving as a Behavioral Health Assistant and Community Health Worker at Third Street Family Health Services since July 2016, focusing on connecting community members with resources to promote health and productivity. Additionally, since May 2012, Shanay has worked as an Independent Provider for the State of Ohio - Department of Developmental Disabilities. Shanay holds an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from North Central State College, earned between 2010 and 2015.
