Moriah Kosch serves as the Vice President of Multifamily Development at Third Lake Development, LLC since January 2022, overseeing the execution of development projects and contributing to the investment pipeline across Florida and Georgia. With extensive experience in the real estate and architectural fields, Moriah previously held the position of Senior Design & Development Director at ContraVest, where responsibilities included pre-construction management and on-site construction oversight. Additionally, Moriah was the Principal at M-Kubed, managing a firm specializing in architectural and real estate services, and worked as Assistant Vice President at Avenue Capital Group, managing a $170+ million real estate portfolio. Moriah began a career at Gruzen Samton LLP as a Senior Associate, managing staffing and leading significant projects for K-12 facilities. Moriah holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida.
