Derek Moyer is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Desktop Engineer II at Third Federal since August 2019. Prior to this role, Derek held positions at New York Community Bancorp, Inc. (NYCB) as both an IT Field Technician II and IT Field Technician I from February 2017 to August 2019. Derek's experience includes a tenure as a Systems Technician at Constant Aviation from March 2015 to February 2017 and an IT Operator/Help Desk role at Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America from September 2011 to March 2015. Derek's career began with public sector experience at the Village of Ottawa as a Public Works Operator and intern from July 2008 to May 2011. Derek earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from The University of Findlay (2007-2009) and also attended Owens Community College from 2005 to 2009.
