Billy Newhouse is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and leadership roles. Currently serving as Memorial Market President and Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Third Coast Bank since September 2021, Billy Newhouse specializes in commercial lending, working capital lines of credit, owner-occupied and investment commercial real estate loans, and equipment financing. Prior to this role, Billy Newhouse held the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at CommunityBank of Texas N.A. from November 2007 until September 2021, following a merger with Vista Bank Texas. Previous experience includes roles as Credit Analyst at Trustmark National Bank, Administrative Officer at Texas State Bank, and Operations Analyst at Continental Express. Billy Newhouse earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
