Majed Ghashyan has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Majed is currently serving as the HC Operations Director at THIQAH since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the HC Services Senior Manager at THIQAH from April 2022 to June 2023, and as the HC Services Manager from July 2020 to April 2022.
Before joining THIQAH, Majed was the Employee Experience Manager at Strategic Management Office (SMO) - CEDA from January 2020 to July 2020.
Majed also has experience working at THIQAH Business Services as the Human Capital Senior Specialist from January 2019 to January 2020, and as the Human Capital Specialist from June 2018 to January 2019.
Majed's earlier work experience includes roles at Zain KSA, where they worked as the People Engagement Senior Analyst from August 2017 to May 2018. Before that, they served as the Engagement & HR Communication Officer from January 2016 to August 2017, and as the Helpdesk Engineer from May 2014 to January 2016.
Additionally, Majed worked as an Event Manager at Event Experts from August 2012 to May 2014, and was involved in analyzing the performance of the call center at Zain KSA from July 2009 to September 2010.
Majed Ghashyan completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management Level 5 from CIPD Qualifications, which they pursued until 2021. Prior to this, from 2006 to 2009, they obtained another Diploma in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Riyadh College of Telecom and Information.
