Henry de Boysson has a diverse work experience across a range of industries. Henry started their career in 2009 as a Summer Intern at BNP Paribas in Structured Finance. Following this, Henry was a Founding Member of Frash at Bata, a fast fashion retail concept, where they secured resources from multinational footwear manufacturer Bata and successfully integrated Bata stores in Czech Republic and Poland. In 2011, Henry joined HSBC as an Analyst in the Debt Capital Markets team, where they provided market updates and trade recommendations to Tier 1 banks and insurance companies. Henry also developed a bond-pricing model to improve communication across teams. In 2014, Henry became an Associate in HSBC’s Investment Banking division, where they advised on capital structuring and refinancing exercises. Henry supervised and trained Analysts and Interns while keeping them motivated in a fast-paced work environment. In 2018, Henry co-founded Parasol, a London-based insurtech company focused on making the insurance purchasing process faster, seamless, and transparent. Finally, in 2020, they became the Head of Business Development at Thinksurance, where they drive the internationalization efforts and facilitates transactions between insurers, distributors, and customers.
