Ronald Joy is an experienced technical professional specializing in wireless Linux kernel and embedded development. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Lead at ThinkPalm Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since December 2022, Ronald leads a product engineering team while contributing individually to development projects. Previous roles include Technical Lead at VVDN Technologies, where Ronald managed a team handling customer escalations and Wi-Fi development with Broadcom chipsets, and multiple positions at ThinkPalm Technologies from 2018 to 2022, focusing on Linux kernel Wi-Fi driver development, integration of Wi-Fi software, and various Wi-Fi standards. Ronald began their career at Aricent, contributing to L2/L3 protocol development and bug fixing, and previously worked as a Software Development Engineer for Cisco routers and switches. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Viswajyoti College of Engineering and Technology, obtained in 2013.
