Mini P P currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at ThinkPalm Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since February 2022. Prior to this, Mini served as a Research Scholar at CUSAT from February 2014 to December 2021, focusing on the development of unimodal and multimodal Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) systems based on speech and EEG signals. Mini also has experience as a Lecturer in Electronics at the College of Applied Science, IHRD, Nattikka, from September 2007 to December 2014, where teaching responsibilities were undertaken. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, a Postgraduate Degree in Electronics from the College of Applied Science, IHRD, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Prajyoti Niketan College.
