Elani Wood is currently the Sales Operations Manager at ThinkingAhead Executive Search, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Elani served as the Executive Assistant to the President at Blevins Inc. for a brief period in 2018 and held a similar title at Great American Opportunities from April 2013 to June 2018, where responsibilities included meeting planning. Earlier career experience includes serving in Sales Support at Southwestern Advantage from January 2011 to April 2013. Elani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Stellenbosch University, completed in 2008.
