Paul Louis currently serves as Principal of Hellenic American Academy, a dual language school focused on Greek language and culture, since September 2024. Paul has held various key educational roles, including Per Diem Thinking Maps Trainer since July 2022, Assistant Superintendent for Teaching, Learning and Assessment at CCSD 46 from August 2016 to June 2022, and Director of Curriculum and Assessment as well as Principal at Kildeer School District 96 from August 1999 to June 2016. Earlier in the career, Paul was Assistant Principal at Northbrook School District 27 for a year. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University, an Associate's degree from College of Lake County, an Administrative Certificate from Concordia University Chicago, a Certificate of Advanced Study in School Leadership from Northern Illinois University, and a Master's degree in Science Education from Olivet Nazarene University.
