Fatma Ghedira has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Psychology Intern at the University Hospital Fattouma Bourguiba Monastir, Departement of Legal Medicine. In 2015, they worked as an Assistant Professor at Argosy University, an Administrative Assistant at EDMC, and an Organizational Development Coordinator at View Heights Convalescent Hosp. In 2016, they worked as a Project Manager at Mohajerian Inc., a Research Assistant at Columbia Business School, and an Organizational Development & Change Management Support Aide at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Fatma Ghedira obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences of Tunis, Tunisia in 2012. Fatma then went on to obtain their Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University Los Angeles in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Master's Degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. In addition, they obtained certifications in Restorative Justice from the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center in 2016, Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the same institution in 2015, and Evaluating Truthfulness and Credibility from Paul Ekman International PLC in 2014.
