John Ladasky is a Systems Engineer at ThinkCyte since September 2023 and the Owner of Blind Watchmaker LLC, a biotechnology startup focused on innovative fluorescence approaches for biomedical research. Previously, John worked as a Senior Project Engineer at BD, where a prototype time-resolved fluorescence flow cytometer was designed and an ad-hoc team was led for TRF cytometry investigations. Experience also includes roles as a Senior Software Quality Engineer and Automation Engineer, developing software and hardware for various applications. Academic contributions include serving as a Faculty member and Research Scientist at International Technological University, developing technologies for non-invasive vital sign sensors. John holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from Stanford University School of Medicine and a B.A. in Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
