Aaron Nielsen has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years. Aaron began their career in 2001 as Co-Founder of Agentix Solutions Inc., where they were responsible for managing primary business functions including product strategy, service delivery and corporate finance. In 2003, they became Vice President of Service Delivery at Voyus Inc., where they managed a multi-million dollar budget and a team of 65 people across two locations. In 2004, they Co-Founded BlueRealm Solutions, an innovative company focused on creating and marketing industry changing solutions. In 2006, BlueRealm was acquired by NEW Customer Service, and Aaron became Managing Director of Interactive. In 2012, they became CEO of ThinkCX, an advanced analytics company focused on the telecommunications sector. As CEO, Aaron is responsible for leading the company's product strategy, enhancing their corporate culture and ensuring exceptional service to their clients.
Aaron Nielsen attended The University of British Columbia from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a BA in Psychology. Aaron then attended the University of Victoria from 1998 to 2000, earning an MBA in International Business & Corporate Finance. In 1999, they also attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, where they earned an MBA in Corporate Finance.
