Sylvia Ibarra Delgado, M.Ed., currently serves as the School Success Manager and MLL Expert at ThinkCERCA, where expertise lies in enhancing engagement and adoption of educational solutions for literacy and multilingual learner (MLL) educators in grades 3-12. Concurrently, Sylvia holds the position of Research Assistant and Instructor at UIC College of Education, focusing on literature reviews, supporting Spanish Language Arts standards implementation, and developing inclusive educational assessments. Prior experience includes roles such as Managing Director of Multilingual Learner Services, English Learner Case Manager, and classroom teacher at KIPP Chicago, as well as founding Second Grade Level Chair at KIPP San Antonio. Education credentials include a pending Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Illinois Chicago, and multiple degrees in educational leadership and bilingual education from institutions such as Northeastern Illinois University and Cardinal Stritch University.
