Heather Sharkey has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Heather currently serves as the Chief Sales Officer at CCIG, a rapidly growing insurance brokerage. Previously, they held multiple positions at ADP, including Vice President Major Account Sales, Vice President of Operations iWIN BRG, and Vice President - BPO Sales - Midwest Division. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in HCM solutions, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and business process outsourcing. Prior to their time at ADP, Heather worked as a Major Account Sales Executive and a Major Accounts District Manager. Heather began their career as a Regional Accountant Specialist.

Heather Sharkey attended San Francisco State University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology.
