Pradnya Nimse is an experienced HR and recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR and Recruitment Partner at ThinkAnalytics since March 2021, Pradnya specializes in end-to-end recruitment within the AI-based content discovery and viewer analytics sector. Prior to this role, Pradnya held positions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Anibrain, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive recruitment processes for a visual effects studio, and as an Executive in HR at Verve Digital Technologies, focusing on general HR activities and recruitment. Earlier experience includes serving as a Key Account Manager at Fast Track Management Consultants and working with Samrudhha Jeevan Foods in HR generalist roles. Pradnya holds an MBA in HR from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Pravara Rural College of Pharmacy.
