Andrew Rathjen is an experienced professional in the irrigation and water treatment sectors, currently serving as Chairman of the Irrigation Australia Melbourne Regional Committee since July 2022 and Deputy Chair of Think Water since April 2023. In addition to facilitating best practices as Operations Manager for Think Water, Rathjen represents Irrigation Australia in the "Greening Communities with Smarter Irrigation" initiative, collaborating with various water authorities to enhance green spaces. Previously, Rathjen held roles at Acqua by Davey, where Andrew was General Manager, and Davey Water Products as Business Development Manager. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at GRUNDFOS, Smart Water Shop, and One Stop Sprinklers. Rathjen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Monash University.
