With experience spanning over two decades at Marriott International, Ron has held various roles including Human Resources Project Manager/Internal Consultant, Regional Director, and working in Information Systems & Property Operations. Ron holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Education, Psychology, and Writing from Kent State University, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Noteworthy projects include service definition and program design for major hotel brands like Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott.
