As the Service Delivery Manager, Natalie oversees service desk and project teams while ensuring clients’ needs are promptly addressed. She is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and developing strong professional relationships. Natalie has more than 15 years of customer service experience and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is an avid reader, coffee connoisseur and world traveler. In her time away from work, Natalie enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her family and volunteering with the local Make-A-Wish chapter.
