Randy Wentzel has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Randy started their career in 1996 at ZAP POWER SYSTEMS, where they were involved in various roles including CAD, manufacturing, and R&D. In 1998, they joined Sonic as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, where they gained expertise in providing tech support for internet connectivity and mail-client configurations. After working at Sonic for nearly eight years, they joined Sonoma Wire Works in 2006 as a Customer Service Director. In this role, they assisted customers with professional audio hardware and software problems, coordinated beta-testing programs, and reported/diagnosed bugs. Finally, starting in 2010, they joined Think Tank Photo as a Marketing Photographer, contributing to general marketing efforts.
