Simon Hayward ACMA is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and control across various industries. Currently serving as Financial Controller and Business Partner for Banking and Broking at thinkmoney since March 2020, Simon oversees operations within a group generating approximately £55 million in annual revenue. Previous roles include Interim Financial Controller at Encompass Digital Media, Financial Controller and Senior Information Risk Owner at Babcock Mission Critical Services, and Group Reporting Manager at Babcock International Group Plc, where significant responsibilities included managing reporting for a £3 billion turnover organization.
