Linda Brown has a diverse and extensive work experience in the education industry. Linda was the President and CEO of Torrens University Australia, the first new university in Australia in 20 years, from December 2014 onwards. Linda also served as the President and CEO of Think Education, a role they took on in May 2013. Linda Brown was the CEO of Laureate Australia and New Zealand, the largest international network of degree-granting higher education institutions, from July 2014 to November 2020. Additionally, they held positions such as Deputy Vice Chancellor and Director TAFE at Swinburne University of Technology and Senior Executive (SES3) and Institute Director at the Queensland Government. Linda was also involved in various advisory and board member roles, including being an investor and advisory board member at Fruit2WorkAus. In 2020, Linda Brown became the CEO of Strategic Education, Inc. in the Australia and New Zealand region. Lastly, they were the CEO of Darlington Tech from January 2001 until 2005.
