Ryan Androsoff is the CEO and Founder of Think Digital, a consultancy focused on helping public sector organizations adapt and thrive in the digital era. With extensive experience in digital governance and government innovation, Ryan has been involved in various leadership roles in both public and private sectors, including as an Associate at the Institute on Governance and Special Advisor to the Chief Information Officer at Transport Canada. Ryan is also recognized for their role as Co-Founder and Head of Product and Recruitment at The Canadian Digital Service. Ryan holds a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's in Public Policy and Administration from Carleton University.
