Ken Zhang

Chief Thinker and COO at Think Board

Ken Zhang has a wide range of work experience, beginning with their role as Chief Thinker and COO of Think Board in 2014. Ken then took on the role of Information Assistant Student Supervisor, Level III at Babson College in 2013, where they trained and supervised a student team, created research documents, and was promoted to Level III in 10 months. In 2015, they were the Learning and Organizational Development Intern at MetroPlus Health Plan, where they researched and developed a Medicare Star Quality Rating e-learning module and a competitor side-by-side Medicare benefits comparison chart. Ken was also the Development Lead at Affordable Design and Entrepreneurship, where they designed, produced, and distributed custom designed graters and presses for the Ghanaian market. In the same year, they were the Lean Performance Management Intern at Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital, where they applied the Toyota Production System and conducted primary and secondary research. Ken was the Managing Partner at Inspired Origami in 2014, where they pitched and interviewed for a spot in Babson College's Summer Venture Program Accelerator, and established retailer relationships for jewelry sales. Finally, they were the Chief Operating Officer at EyeCare 4 Boston in 2013, where they managed sales, distribution, and allocation of inventory, and learned and instructed processes in e-commerce, packaging, shipping, and internal distribution.

Ken Zhang attended Horace Mann from 2007 to 2012. Ken then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration at Babson College from 2012 to 2016. During their time at Babson College, they also participated in Babson: BRIC - The Cornerstone of the New Global Economy, focusing on International Business and Global Studies in 2014.
