Rich Clayton is an accomplished Senior Product Designer at ThingTrax since January 2022, focusing on improving operational performance in manufacturing through integrated digital solutions. Clayton has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Director at Noah since December 2018, and has worked as a UI/UX Designer on a freelance basis since February 2017. Previous roles include UX Lead at Inbotiqa, User Experience Designer at Wellmind Health, and Head of Product at Within, where innovative health coaching solutions were developed. Clayton's earlier career features founding Monkey Mischief, a multidisciplinary creative collective, and serving as Creative Director in various organizations, including Good Things Media & Publishing Ltd and The University Paper. Education was completed at De Montfort University and Bradford Grammar School.
