Milan Jordanov is an experienced AI Engineering Team Lead at Things Solver, with a focus on leading AI initiatives, fine-tuning open-source language models, and developing scalable systems using AWS services. Prior experience includes roles as an AI Engineer, where Milan extracted insights from client data, developed recommendation systems, and built e-commerce search engines. Academic contributions encompass a Teaching Assistant position at the Faculty of Media and Communications, and a Teaching Associate role at Petnica Science Center, along with research roles at the University of Novi Sad. Milan holds a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics and a Master’s in Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics from the University of Novi Sad, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
