Juliet Aiken

Aiken drives research, assessment, and evaluation for Thine, ensuring that Thine solutions are supported by rigorous research, evidence-based best practices, analytics, and best practices in organizational development.

Prior to her work with Thine, Aiken led research on lawyers and the legal profession at Georgetown Law, built and directed a Master's program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at UMD, and built an anti-racist/anti-oppressive organization development firm, Conducere. She is a psychometrician and statistician who specializes in hiring, diversity, and inclusion, and aligned strategic change management. Aiken is part of the team that won the 2017 Innovation in Assessment Award from the International Personnel Assessment Council (IPAC) for "Hiring Quickly and at a Low Cost under a Consent Decree." She also received the 2020 Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Early Career Award in Practice.
