Elizabeth A. has extensive experience in business process management and inside sales, currently serving as a Business Process Manager and Inside Sales Manager at Thin Film Technology Corporation since November 2017. Prior roles include Special Projects Coordinator and Business Development & Marketing Coordinator at MRCI WorkSource, where Elizabeth developed CRM systems and marketing strategies. Academic achievements include a Professional Science Masters in Engineering/Industrial Management and an MBA in Organizational Leadership & Change, both from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where Elizabeth also earned a BS in Business Administration and Management.
