Hank Garrett has a diverse work experience that spans from 2011 to 2021. In 2011, they worked as a Ski Rental Technician at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The following year, they worked as a Bellperson at Snake River Lodge. In 2013, they worked as a User Experience Designer at Proven Hires. In 2014, they worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at IIT Institute of Design, a User Experience Designer at Razorfish, and a User Experience Designer at Moment. In 2017, they worked as a Senior Product Designer at Think Company. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Lead Design Strategist, CX Strategic Programs, a Senior Product Designer, Xfinity Mobile, and a Lead Conversational Designer, CX Automation at Comcast. Lastly, they are currently working as a Lead Product Designer at Thimble.

Hank Garrett obtained a Master of Design (M.Des) from the Institute of Design (ID) between 2013 and 2015, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Visual Arts from Bowdoin College between 2006 and 2010, a Pre-Architecture Semester from DIS - Study Abroad in 2008, and a High School Diploma from St. Paul's School between 2002 and 2006.
