Justin Ginges

Asset Reliability Specialist at Thiess

Justin Ginges is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Asset Reliability Specialist at Thiess since February 2021, focusing on the Curragh North and Olive Downs projects. Previously, Justin held the role of Asset Reliability Engineer, supporting various projects including Anthill, Peak Downs, and Caval Ridge. Earlier in their career, Justin worked as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer and gained valuable experience as a Mechanical Engineering Vacation Student at Glencore Coal, where contributions included project scheduling and data analysis for the Oaky Creek North Underground Coal Mine. Additionally, experience as an Academic Tutor at King's College, UQ allowed Justin to assist students in mechanical engineering subjects. Justin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from The University of Queensland and participated in an exchange program at Delft University of Technology.
