Pablo M. is a Senior Product Designer specializing in Behavioral Design, currently working at TheyDo since January 2023. With prior experience at Hive, where Pablo contributed to the rapid scaling of e-commerce technology, and UserZoom, focusing on user-centric decision-making for major clients, Pablo has demonstrated expertise in analyzing user behavior and pain points. Pablo co-founded Medlia Health, developing communication solutions for healthcare, and has held design roles at Meller and AXA Partners, enhancing brand communications and internal processes. Education includes a Graphic Design degree from BAU and a Licentiate in Business Administration from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
