Lise Amalie Kalnes is a Senior Consultant in HR at TheVIT since August 2021, specializing in customized solutions for clients in areas including finance, HR, Business Intelligence, and business development. Prior to this role, Lise held positions at TheVIT as an HR-medarbeider and gained experience as a butikkmedarbeider at XXL Sport & Villmark from March 2015 to August 2021. Lise also completed internships at Grant Thornton Norway and Lent AS, focusing on HR, business development, and people and culture. Earlier career roles include working as a resepsjonist at Quality Hotel Sarpsborg and at Family Sports Club. Lise holds a Master's degree in Pedagogikk and a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogikk from the University of Oslo, complemented by additional studies in sports at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
