Carlos Montes González is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President of People at TheVentureCity since February 2017, where responsibilities include enhancing company culture and managing cross-functional communications. In addition, Carlos acts as Vice President of People & Comms for EMEA, advising portfolio companies on various aspects of culture, communication, and performance management. Prior to TheVentureCity, Carlos held multiple marketing roles at IBM from September 2004 to January 2017, including Global Business Services Marketing Leader, where a marketing strategy for the consulting unit was developed for several regions. Carlos's earlier experience includes a Marketing Specialist position at Siemens and an internship in Human Resources, complemented by a degree in Business Administration from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
