Max O. has extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations, currently serving as a Regional Executive at ChargedUp since May 2019 and as an Executive Officer in the UK Civil Service. Prior to these positions, Max O. worked as a UK Strategy Consultant and Account Manager at Ideas ON and held the role of CEO at Splat Uni. Additional experience includes working as a Brand Ambassador for Mercer and as a Campus Brand Manager for The Gateway. Max O. also contributed to Warwick Business School as an International Management Representative and served as a Student Brand Manager at Champions Life Academy. Earlier career activities include a Spring Internship at Savills and a Management Understudy role at NHS. Max O. holds a degree in International Management from the University of Warwick, completed in 2016, and attended Lancaster Royal Grammar School from 2009 to 2011.
