Adriana Marchetti has a diverse work experience history. Adriana started their career as a Salon Assistant at Fox and Company Salon Spa in 2018, where they worked until July 2021. In 2020, they joined Theta Phi Alpha, initially serving as the Treasurer from September 2020 to May 2022, and later becoming the Vice President from May 2022 to the present. In 2021, they also gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at Sandy's Party Supply Balloon Brothers. Most recently, in 2022, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Marriott International from May to August.

Adriana Marchetti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Studies, from St. John's University. Adriana completed this degree program from 2019 to 2023.
